I was about to do an oil change on a Mercedes van but got stuck by not being able to open the oil sump screw! It was worn out and probably was put on too tightly as well. What a desperate situation!
I am on a tight schedule. I needed to find a solution for that day. I looked around, and not far from where I was I found FLOMAR!
I asked Tony, one of the guys who greeted me on arrival. I explained the situation, doubting whether they were able to help.
"No problem!" Tony said. "Come in [straight away] and we'll try to loosen that bolt!"
I arrived there with the van, and within 10 minutes a very experienced mechanic popped out, put the van in the right position to work on, put in quite an effort and managed to undo that uncordial screw. My conclusion: this garage represents British craftmanship and skillfulness at its finest.
I definitely recommend it!
